Get mapping your brain with The Homunculus Mapper
Hey Brainy kidz, this is an experiment that gives students a tangible demonstration of how our senses are mapped out in our brains and engages them in collecting real neuroscience data. The Team at Florida Institute for Neuroscience created the Homunculus Mapper so that amateur neuroscientists could quickly and easily analyze and visualize their collected data. The tool can be used by all ages, in classrooms, at science fairs, or at home; with a variety of protocols of increased or decreased scientific rigor.

How Your Eyes Work
At the Exploratorium, we dissect cows’ eyes to show people how an eye works. This Web site shows photos and videos of a dissection. If you try this at home, wash your hands after the dissection. Wear latex gloves if you have cuts in your hands.
